Acupressure Exercise

Now we will do an acupressure exercise. This should always be the right way to clap. You can feel pressure on certain points on your palm. Can you feel it? These are your acupressure points. This will benefit your flow. Whenever we sing devotional songs we always clap. There is a logic behind this, we don’t do it just because we are told to do so.

When you wake up in the morning, the first thing you should do is press the point between your thumb and index finger. This helps heal nerval problems like cervical. This is a very good exercise, that should be done daily. 

The other thing you should do after waking up is to press the tips of your fingers. This would help you lead a healthy life.
